Making a reservation: We like to talk to our guests before finalizing your reservation. This gives you a chance to ask any questions and let us know about dietary restrictions etc. It also allows us to make sure your will be staying in the perfect accommodation for you.

Our Cancellation Policy
A reservation is a contract to assure you a room on the date you desire. For instance, if you reserve one or two rooms but someone comes after you and wants four nights, we will not cancel your reservation and give it to them. It also assures us the space will be filled for that date and we block the availability, otherwise the reservation process is useless. Please do not reserve accommodations until you are sure of your plans and agree to the terms. In the event that you have to cancel, we will send a refund less credit card fees if we can fill the room. We suggest that you purchase travel insurance that covers unexpected out-of-pocket expenses.
Disability and Accessibility
Unfortunately our bedrooms in the Inn and 606 House are unsuitable for those who have difficulty with stairs. The Vacation Cottage is easier to move around on the main level with limited steps to 1 or 2 - but lower and upper floors do require one to use the stairs.
We make every effort to provide the proper nutritional breakfast for our guests. If you have out-of-the-ordinary requirements you should bring an adequate amount of your food and we will do our best to prepare it for you. Please discuss this when making a reservation.
We do not allow pets however can supply you with the name of a local kennel.
The Yountsville Mill & INN, Vacation Cottage and The 606 House are for Guests that are free from smoke - no smoking allowed within the properties.
